Actin cytoskeleton and disease

The main goal of the research group is to understand the role of actin cytoskeleton in various biological processes and in disease. We are especially interested in the functions of actin-organizing protein families such as Formin family of proteins, Palladin, Ezrin and Src. Related diseases of interest are ovarian cancer, colon cancer, head and neck cancer, breast cancer, melanoma and glioma.
