Supervision Practices
Supervision practices are based on supervision practices of the doctoral students' own universities (Eastern Finland, Oulu, Tampere, Turku and Åbo Akademi). Supervision practices of the programme support the supervision of the doctoral students' own universities and standardize it. Supervision practices of the programme were registered 2009.
Supervision of Transferable Skills of researchers is carried out together with doctoral students’ universities: Eastern Finland, Oulu, Tampere, Turku and Åbo Akademi, Vaasa.
The doctoral students, supervisors, director and co-ordinator of the programme have a meeting twice in a year.
