The Changing Face in Psychiatric Care

Organiser: Department of Nursing Science, University of Turku
Goal: To discuss ethical, practical and educational issues related to management of aggressive, distressed and disturbed patients.
Participants: The seminar is open to all who are interested in the topics. The seminar is free of charge.
Speakers: There will be famous and well -known international academics speaking in the conference.

The event will gather together those participants who are interested in topics related to management of distressed and disturbed patients in health services, patients' rights, ethical questions in patient coercion and educational needs among health care staff. The seminar gives an excellent opportunity to network at an international level and change ideas and experience with colleagues.
